Update affecting zones: ES-MAD1, NL-AMS1, FI-HEL2 Not affecting zone: US-NYC1
This update is to inform you of a change to the rescheduled maintenance for ES-MAD1 and NL-AMS1 and FI-HEL2. The maintenance window of these zones has been postponed, and a new schedule will be communicated later.
We acknowledge that shifting maintenance window at short notice can be disruptive, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. The rescheduled maintenance will be conducted outside of data centres business hours to minimise any potential impact.
We will proceed with the maintenance for zone: US-NYC1 as planned on 30th October, 06:00 - 09:00 UTC
During the above window, our team will be performing maintenance activity on network components in our production environment including private clouds. This maintenance is essential to improve the resilience of our network infrastructure.
While we will strive for minimal disruption, users may experience brief connectivity issues of up to 5 minutes per Virtual Machine. Unforeseen circumstances may result in extended interruptions, however, we will endeavour to keep any such impact to a minimum.

We will be performing an urgent network related software update to our compute nodes in US-NYC1, ES-MAD1, NL-AMS1 and FI-HEL2, including any private clouds located in these physical zones. The maintenance will take place on the 30th of October at 06:00 UTC to 09:00 UTC.
The reason behind the update is to improve the resilience of our network infrastructure. While we strive for minimal disruption, the necessary restart of some network components may briefly impact connectivity of up to 5 minutes per VM. Unforeseen circumstances may result in extended interruptions, however, we will make every effort to minimize any impact to your servers.
