We are halfway through rebuilding the redundancies. Next update will come once the redundancies have been rebuilt completely and the maintenance is resolved.

Update
All hardware replacements are now done and we will start rebuilding the storage network redundancy. We are monitoring the situation and will post more updates along the way. All normal operations affecting the minor number of backups and templates are now working.

Dear customer,
we will be conducting an emergency maintenance in our SG-SIN1 data center starting from 3rd of October 2023 00:00 UTC (08:00 SGT) until 7th of October 2023 00:00 UTC (08:00 SGT) due to broken hardware in our core storage network that must be replaced. This may affect services such as restoring from backups or deploying from private templates, but there should be minimal disruption to normal operations.
We will update the maintenance during the progress of rebuilding the redundancy.
