Public and private network connections as well as server management functionality in Singapore DC were mostly restored at 20:45 UTC.
Unanticipated longer break was caused by an unexpected network device hardware failure during a regular software upgrade which triggered another problem with redundant connections. After connectivity was restored the upgrades still continue with remaining devices but no further major breaks are expected. The upgrades are performed to improve reliability, security and support for new features. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Due to unforseen circumstances during the maintenance the Internet and private network connectivity break has been longer than expected. We are working to restore full connectivity as soon as possible.

We will be performing network maintenance in the Singapore data center between 2019-07-23 19:00 UTC and 2019-07-23 21:00 UTC. The maintenance might cause one or more short loss of network connectivity for 1-2 minutes but no other disruptions are expected.
