🟢 Managed Kubernetes Cluster Workloads: Not Affected (100% Uptime) 🟢 Kubernetes API / kubectl: Not Affected 🔴 UpCloud Managed Kubernetes API & Control Panel Section: Temporarily Unavailable (Cannot create, view, delete, scale, or modify clusters)
We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Managed Kubernetes (UKS) platform on 26th May, 14:00 - 16:00 UTC.
What to expect during this 2-hour window:
- Your Kubernetes Workloads: All existing customer applications, pods, and services running inside your clusters will continue to operate normally and without interruption.
- Direct Access: The standard Kubernetes API for your individual clusters remains fully functional. You can safely access, monitor, and manage your workloads via kubectl or other direct tools.
- Management Systems: The UpCloud Control Panel and UpCloud API (https://developers.upcloud.com/1.3/20-managed-kubernetes/ ) Managed Kubernetes (UKS) will be temporarily offline during this maintenance window. This means that unfortunately you will not be able to create, delete, scale, or modify clusters, and existing cluster details may temporarily display errors in the Control Panel.
Our 24/7 support team is always here to help. If you have any questions, reach out via Live Chat in your console or email us at support@upcloud.com.
