We have had to reschedule the maintenance date. This network maintenance will now take place on the 12th of November from 21:00 to 23:00 (UTC).

We will be performing small, but important SDN private network and utility network related software update to our physical compute nodes in NL-AMS1 and UK-LON1, including any private cloud nodes located in these physical zones. The maintenance will take place on the 5th of November from 21:00 to 23:00 (UTC).

The reason behind the update is to improve the resilience of our network infrastructure. While we will strive for minimal disruption, users may experience brief connectivity issues with their SDN private network and utility network, up to 5 minutes per Cloud Server. Unforeseen circumstances may result in extended interruptions, however, we will endeavour to keep any such impact to a minimum. Public network connectivity is not expected to be affected by this maintenance window.
