Verifying
Network upgrades have been mostly completed. We unfortunatelly faced some configuration problems which caused a few minutes network break around 07:15 UTC and in addition primary DNS resolver 94.237.127.9 was also unvailable for about 30 minutes.
We are in the final verification stages of the upgrade but have extended the maintenance window by further 4 hours till 18:00 UTC just in case of anything unexpected issues.

Update
Network upgrade has been so far proceeding without any known problems and large parts of the San Jose datacenter network is already utilizing the new devices.
We will finalize the maintenance in coming night (11pm - 06am PST time, 07:00 - 14:00 UTC) and don't expect any major connection disruptions.

Update
Preparation works for the San Jose network maintenance have taken a bit longer than expected. We are now beginning to move the first connections over to the new network devices. While every connection is redundant it is always possible that some unexpected glitches could happen.
We have thus also extended the overral maintenance window to 3rd March 2023 14:00 UTC to provide us more time to work outside of US business hours to minimize any possible impacts. Any works that have higher risks for disruptions are done only between 9pm - 7am PST (07:00 - 15:00 UTC).
We will provide further updates as necessarily.

we are conducting a network upgrade in US-SJO1 between 1st March 2023 00:00 UTC to 2nd March 2023 23:59 UTC. The reason behind the upgrade is to ensure our capability to expand the zone and to improve our network performance. While we aim to complete the maintenance without any service disruptions, the temporarily reduced redundancy and unexpected situations could cause connectivity interruptions but we try our best to minimize the impact. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service if you experience any problems.
We will update this status if there are any changes.
